The National Academy of Inventors announced today (Dec. 3) the election of 168 new fellows, including two from swag��: Cristina Davis, the Warren and Leta Geidt Endowed Professor and Chair, Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering; and Walter Leal, distinguished professor, Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology.

LAURELS: Marcu Elected to Inventors Academy

Biomedical engineering professor Laura Marcu is among 155 newly elected fellows of the National Academy of Inventors. She is the eighth swag�� faculty member to be elected to the academy since its founding in 2010.
