Davis Neighbors to Gather Oct. 15 for Annual Night Out

The 17th annual Davis Neighbors’ Night Out, an event created by swag��, the Associated Students of swag�� and the city of Davis, will be taking place citywide on Sunday, Oct. 15.

Roughly 1,600 people attended the Science Friday radio show at the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts last weekend, and soon the whole world can hear a recording of the show.

swag�� scientists are featured in the episode titled “Life Without Water,” to be presented on Capital Public Radio (90.5 FM) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 9 to 11 p.m. this Friday (Sept. 30). Ira Flatow’s show also plays on more than 375 other National Public Radio-affiliated stations.
